The 13th multidisciplinary workshop on advances in preferences handling has been held in Vienna, Austria on July 23, 2022 in conjunction with IJCAI-ECAI 2022. The workshop has addressed all computational aspects of preference handling and has been organized by Meltem Öztürk, Paolo Viappiani, Christophe Labreuche, and Sébastien Destercke.
